When I saw this in my reader I was worried your blog had gone into black and white or something! Like Jason, the new look gets the thumbs up from me.

Glad you liked it guys. I like the layout, although I think it’s a little less “me” than the other verison.
So what we’ve learned here is that depending on the theme you have, and how extensively you’ve customized it, “updating” your database may actually downgrade your weekend.

That is exactly how I felt for about 20 minutes while upgrading. And now that it’s done, I don’t love the end result (my site, not yours). I guess the security improvements are worth it… right?
